Labels:text | screenshot | font OCR: GIF View will allow you to (M)ark files to transfer to your machine by highlighting them and clicking the MARK button. Once marked, the GIF files can be downloaded by clicking on DOWNLOAD from the Main Menu. Before the transfer begins, you are given the option of converting the GIFs to JPG files. JPG files are a compressed form of graphic files, which can be viewed with many popular graphic viewing programs. JPG files are often 10 percent in size of the original GIF file, making their transfer much faster. If your calling in using RIPterm, you can download the file GIFVU100.EXE which is a graphic module that can be placed in your RIPterm directory to allow you to view the JPG files while still ON-LINE! Just select (G) from the main menu.
